Our client, a well-established and dynamic organization, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance team.This role is a temporary position for an initial 12 weeks, with the potential to go permanent in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in credit control to play a key role in managing and enhancing their financial operations.

As the incoming Credit Controller you will be tasked the following duties, including:
  • Oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Resolve day-to-day credit control issues with a systematic and proactive approach.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage queries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team during busy periods, meeting deadlines and providing essential support.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve processes and address challenges.
As the successful candidate, you will havestrong credit control experience and have worked in similar roles previously. You will also possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when working with others.
  • A high level of initiative and a proactive attitude, particularly in team-oriented environments.
  • A strong understanding of finance deadlines and the ability to consistently meet them.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
