Are you a skilled Credit Controller fluent in Spanish and English? I've got a fabulous fixed term contract for you!As a Spanish Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving queries. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:Chasing outstanding payments and managing aged debtResolving customer disputes and queries promptlyBuilding strong relationships with stakeholdersWorking efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIsWhat We're Looking For:Fluency in Spanish and English (essential)Solid background in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent IT skills preferably including MS Excel and SAP Candidates must be based in the UK and able to commute to their Cambridge office once per week.
