We are looking for a Children's Support Worker at Paragon Social Care. This is an opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting young people, with a focus on providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth.

Key Responsibilities as a children’s support worker:

  • Keep the young person safe
  • Engage with the young person on an emotional level
  • Ensure the young person sees to their personal care
  • Take the young person out on activities and fun days out
  • Take the young person to meetings, school, appointments etc
  • Cooking for the young person

Ideal Candidate:

  • You are highly flexible in your working life
  • You are a car driver and will obtain Motor Vehicle Insurance
  • Your DBS is clear
  • You have an engaging and warm personality
  • You have full Right to Work status to work in the UK
  • You are highly professional and dedicated to your work
  • If you do not meet the above requirements, your application will not be put through to the next stage
