We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join an innovative, growing, scientific organisation on the outskirts on Cambridge on a full-time, permanent basis.

Typical duties would include:

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any customer issues effectively.
  • Provide virtual and in-person product training to clients.
  • Processing orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer information.

The successful candidate:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive attitude toward addressing customer concerns.
  • Skilled in handling a high volume of customer enquiries and effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail, consistently focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A forward-thinking approach, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance both your role and the department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.

A full, clean driving licence is essential as you will be required to visit customer sites.
