About the Role:
A growing semiconductor start-up is seeking a Customer Support Engineer with a strong RF background and experience working with global mobile phone OEMs. The role focuses on driving technical acceptance of innovative RF solutions, supporting customers through evaluations and design-in processes, and collaborating with internal teams to develop technical resources.
The position requires frequent global travel to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in evaluating and integrating RF solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to secure product acceptance.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tools and technical data.
- Troubleshoot challenges and persistently drive solutions.
- Act as a technical advocate, ensuring customer needs are met.
Key Requirements:
- Strong RF engineering background with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with global mobile phone OEMs.
- Knowledge of antennas, RF testing, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Semiconductor industry experience.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and processes.
