Job Title: Showroom Centre Host

Location: Cambridge

Pay: £12.00 per hour

As the first point of contact for customers, the Showroom Centre Host ensures a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the dealership. The role involves customer service, administrative support, and coordination with sales and service teams.

Key Duties:
  • Customer Reception: Greet visitors, manage inquiries, offer refreshments, and keep customers informed about appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Handle calls, emails, and maintain records of customer visits. Assist with test drive documentation.
  • Coordination: Liaise with sales and service teams to manage appointments, vehicle prep, and aftersales services.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is tidy, cars are well-presented, and promotional materials are available.
  • Customer Experience: Provide dealership info, promote offers, and gather feedback to improve service.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain showroom safety standards and assist in emergency situations.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
  • Basic administrative abilities, previous customer-facing experience preferred.
