- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Manage order processing, including updates to POs, rescheduling, and raising repair or rework orders.
- Liaise with Production and Purchasing teams to resolve delivery challenges and stock shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of price lists, RFQs, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- Contribute to production planning, assist with job costings, and participate in stock takes.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Strong Excel skills to handle data management and reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing or a technical role (preferred but not essential).
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers.
