Our client is a customer-focused company working alongside hospitality clients and dedicated to providing exceptional service to their diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our clients experienced Account Management team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for day-to-day customer queries and will play a key role in enhancing customer relationships to drive retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer records and update information on their inhouse IT system.
  • Handle orders, queries, and enquiries from customers and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including Production, Transport, and Dispatch.
  • Maintain several reports and spreadsheets.
  • Manage service issues, including updating their CRM records.
  • Order work-wear and chefs-wear garments from approved suppliers.
  • Manually receive and book in garments.
  • Label garments accurately.
  • Conduct monthly counts of their garment inventory.
  • Issue garments within the agreed timeframe with the customer.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality and build relationships with people from various backgrounds.
  • Excellent management skills, including the ability to prioritize and plan work to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to make things happen.
  • Excellent IT skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full and clean driving license.
