Reed Cambridge Business Support is working with a distribution business. They are looking for a Sales and Customer Support Administrator to join their small and friendly team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is IT literate and ready to ensure the smooth flow of sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:- Directly handle business customer interactions via email, telephone, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Engage in proactive sales activities through phone and email.
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Promptly respond to customer enquiries and requests.
- Process online orders, invoices, refunds, and returns.
- Liaise with Logistics, IT, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams across our international locations to resolve queries and improve services.
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
- Manage non-payment of invoices and stock error reporting processes.
- Occasionally travel within the UK for business needs.
- Experience in sales, customer services, or an administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft applications.
- High standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
