Reed Business Support is working with a letting agency. They are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work from home and their central Cambridge office. If you are fluent in German and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this position could be perfect for you.
Day-to-day of the role:- Work 4 hours per day for 4 days of your choice Monday to Friday (2 days from home, 2 from the office).
- Additionally, work 4 hours during the weekend, anytime from home (preferably 2 hours on Saturday and 2 hours on Sunday).
- Respond to customer enquiries, primarily handling emails and occasionally taking calls when in the office.
- Amend bookings and manage special requests.
- Proactively address any customer issues that arise.
- Must be a native German speaker. Candidates fluent in speaking and writing, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with email communication and phone handling.
- Competitive hourly rate with an increase after the probation period.
