The role is remotely based.
Role:
- Develop market share for core services, securing existing customers and re-acquiring former customers in UK and Belgium and support the Service Sales Manager team.
- Responsible for the sales of warranty extensions, service contracts, the extension of existing service contracts and the development of the entire core service portfolio.
- Work with Customer Care, Inside Sales Team and Service Delivery Team, which includes all activities that contribute to the acquisition, satisfaction and retention of service customers.
- Build and maintain customer/channel relationships and provide pre- and post-sales consultation to customers .
- Maintain business reports and prospect lists in existing systems and prepare quotations.
- Active involvement in lead generation.
- Interface with service leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to resolve customer issues.
Your Background:
- Educated to degree level or above in a relevant field with proven sales experience, ideally within service sales.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and Service Max a Plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English is essential and spoken and written French would be a plus.
- Results oriented with a high degree of independence and the ability to be part of a sales team.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as problem solving skills.
