This role is for a DBA where you'll be using the latest tech within which means that you'll be working alongside the data team and using tools such as (SQL, Snowflake, ETL).

Essential skills:

  • Proven history of working in a DBA capacity,
  • Extensively maintained databases (Documentation, Procedures, Data Standards),
  • Identify and implement database requirements for new or existing applications,
  • Review current ETL and data warehouse setup and work with the wider data team to make improvements,
  • SQL database querying and relational data models,
  • Understanding of cloud-based data warehouse tool Snowflake and data pipeline tools,
  • Experience in database backup, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation and data security.
