As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms. This role requires enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website and generating leads, whilst driving a customer first approach.

Description

Key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and manage digital campaigns from end to end.
  • Lead in website creation and maintenance project.
  • Lead in exhibitions and events for the business.
  • Work closely with the Sales arm of the business, managing budgets and monthly schedules to ensure UK campaigns are effectively delivered.
  • Develop social media presence.
  • Experienced in implementing, or experienced in using CRM tool.
  • Case studies and blogs - with visit to site to take videos and imagery for content.

Profile

The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have the following key skills:

  • Content Creation - Writing and uploading content to the company website, social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Conducting keyword research and optimising content for search engines.
  • Campaign Management - Developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing campaigns across social media and email.
  • Web analytics - Using web analytics software to monitor performance of our website and social media pages.
  • Trend Analysis - Researching new digital trends and social media sites, and implementing them into campaigns.
  • Effective teamwork/stakeholder management - Working with clients, and other marketing professionals and 3rd party designers to create content.
  • Effective reporting - Provide management with reports and analysis to demonstrate campaign/initiative ROI.
  • Website Project Management - Developing and managing projects, delegating tasks (where applicable) and adhering to deadlines.
  • Supporting with the sourcing and introduction of a new CRM - and marketing system across the business.

Job Offer

For the Digital Marketing Manager, there will be flexible hybrid working based out of the Cambridgeshire office. Salary for this opportunity sits between £35,000 - £50,000 candidate dependant.
