Are you a highly organised and detail-driven professional? If so, we are recruiting a Digital Programme Manager to work within a dynamic digital team. This position involves co-ordinating and project managing the production and delivery activities for a growing portfolio of online education programmes. Acting as the primary contact for an Online Programme Management (OPM) partner, the role ensures seamless communication, workflow, and process optimisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, demand high standards, and continually seek opportunities to streamline processes and drive innovation. The role involves liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, including faculty members, designers, film teams, marketing, finance, and international experts, ensuring the smooth execution of digital projects.

A collaborative and team-oriented environment is fostered, encouraging peer support across all initiatives. While occasional on-site programme support outside of standard working hours may be required, flexible working arrangements are supported to promote a healthy work-life balance.

  • Facilitate faculty payments and liaise with Finance for revenue forecasting and expense tracking.
  • Continuously review and enhance internal processes, ensuring efficiency in feedback collection, asset management, and reporting.
Client and Stakeholder Management
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to all stakeholders, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ensure all terms and conditions with faculty and external speakers are confirmed in advance.
  • Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) with partners, monitoring potential gaps.
  • Work collaboratively to enhance the reputation of the organisation as a leading provider of executive online programmes.
