HAYS Marketing is proud to be working in partnership with a sustainable company based in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a Head of Marketing to help them to achieve their ambitious goals. You will be a passionate and dedicated senior marketing professional who will play a crucial role in driving their marketing efforts across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with their dedicated teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with their business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Formulate and implement marketing plans, conduct market research, and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain their brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media and so on
  • Digital Marketing: Enhance their online presence, implement SEO strategies, and analyse campaign performance.
  • Advertising, Promotions, and Events: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing events.
  • Public Relations and Communications: Develop PR strategies to enhance their company's image and reputation.
  • Product Marketing: Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and ensure effective product positioning.
  • Leadership and Sales Support: Manage agencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create sales materials.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Establish KPIs, measure success, and use data-driven insights to guide future strategies.

The candidate will be:

  • Professional senior marketer
  • Hold a university degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different time zones
