Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced engineer to work as part of their team, providing essential maintenance support within the food production environment. You will be responsible for carrying out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), while also assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Must hold a relevant engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
Strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team.
Experience in reactive maintenance and planned maintenance.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Patterns Available:
Days only - 3's & 2's (12-hour shifts)
Permanent Nights (12-hour shifts)
Salary:
45,000 - 50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
