Company & Project:
An award winning Top 50 Main Contractor operating across Cambridgeshire are currently looking to recruit an experienced and effective Senior level Document Controller to join their business leading DocumentControlon a c£75m+ project starting in the local area.


Expert experience using one or more of the following is essential for the opportunity: Autodesk Construction Cloud and Viewpoint 4P Software with a clear understanding of Workflows.


Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the above document control systems on a flagship major project, alongside taking ownership for managing compliance of security systems and training beginner users on Viewpoint 4P.

Taking overall responsibility for managing documents on the Autodesk Construction Cloud software to ensure accurate records and compliance in addition to an understanding of the design stages with knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) management.

You will be expected to produce monthly reports/statements on document control status. Ensure that all controlled copies of up to date documents are given to appropriate staff, suppliers and sub-contractors.


Desirable Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Document Controller or Information Manager on construction projects in excess of £20m.
  • Useof the following: Autodesk Construction Cloud and Viewpoint 4P.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Previous Roles: Document Controller OR Information Controller OR Information Manager OR Senior Document Controller.


Qualifications & Skills:
A-Level/GCSE required, Autodesk software experience.
