We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:

Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons alongside the lead teacher.

Support students individually and in small groups to help them meet the learning objectives.

Manage classroom materials and resources for effective learning.

Observe and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students.

Participate in school meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.

A proactive and patient approach to student development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-
Relevant qualifications in Education or related fields are advantageous.
