We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons alongside the lead teacher.

  • Support students individually and in small groups to help them meet the learning objectives.

  • Manage classroom materials and resources for effective learning.

  • Observe and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students.

  • Participate in school meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.

  • A proactive and patient approach to student development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Relevant qualifications in Education or related fields are advantageous.
