As Student Development Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the student experience, ensuring learners thrive both academically and personally.

About the Role:

Based across our Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses, you will:

? Lead and implement the college's personal development programme for students, adult learners, and apprentices.? Develop engaging materials for tutors and teachers, covering student voice programmes, enrichment activities, and events linked to national and local priorities.? Manage and support teams responsible for pastoral care, enrichment, and learning resources.? Ensure a high-quality service that empowers students to achieve success and progress into their next steps beyond college.
