You will be working in a great residential and residential dementia care home for 55 residents, the home is in a great location, which is run by an award-winning charity, they are known foroffering exceptional care to residents, our professional standards are high.

Experienced Deputy or Smaller Home Manager.

Experienced in managing a Team of Care and Senior Care staff.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop care staff to formulate effective care planning specific to problems of all residents, specifically to the problems of older confused residents.

Ensure residents are enabled and empowered to participate fully in decision making as appropriate.

Be constantly observing resident behaviours and staff interactions in order to ensure good care practice is maintained.

Assist in developing and encouraging social activities for the residents.

As delegated by the Home Manager to be responsible for medication including ordering, stock control and administering, in accordance with the Medication Policy.
