Responsibilities:

  • PPM, Reactive and Breakdown works to electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Working on HV, Generators, HVAC, Crac Units, UPS and PDU's.
  • Overview the building environmental conditions using BMS System.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence.
  • Execute modifications and installations as required.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and management.

What we need from you:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 (Desirable).
  • Experience of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Desire to upskill and progress with our up to date training.
