Key Responsibilities

• Lighting Works:Replace light fittings and install key switch facilitators.
• Remedial Tasks:Conduct distribution board replacements, fault finding, and accessory replacements.
• Electrical Installations:Perform additional lighting and power supply installations.
• Testing & Inspecting:Ensure commercial electrical installations meet safety standards.
• Network Cabling:Install and maintain CAT 5 and CAT 6 cabling.
• Fire Alarm Systems:Address fault finding, accessory, and panel replacements.
• Cross-Discipline Support:Assist with tasks across various trades and divisions.
• General Repairs:Address and resolve general repair tasks identified by site staff.

Project and Reactive Works

• Project Work:Engage in diverse projects across various disciplines.
• Reactive Works:Manage and respond to reactive tasks efficiently.

Essential:

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification or Equivalent.
• 18th Edition
• 2391 or 2394 & 2395 Testing & Inspection (Desirable).
• Full UK Driving License.
