They help their clients solve development issues such as infrastructure planning, building design, and refurbishment by providing expert advice and design support. Their work covers everything from initial surveys and analysis to modeling, detailed design, and beyond.
In Cambridge, they recently moved to a new, modern, and vibrant office with excellent views, open spaces, and a lounge. The office is just a 10-minute walk from Cambridge station.

As a Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer, you will:
* Lead and contribute to the electrical design and development of complex engineering projects.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
* Drive projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical delivery excellence.
* Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analysis.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in electrical design and engineering, with a focus on delivering technically challenging projects.
* Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
