I'm working with a leading telecommunications provider in the mission critical space to find a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

As Senior Principal Electronics Engineer, you will be involved in the whole life cycle of product development from concept and prototype stages, through to production and support. Further duties include:

  • Requirements analysis and understanding including liaison with stakeholders
  • Technical design and specification of digital and analogue circuitry for radio and accessory products
    • Complete subsystem design and implementation, including subsystem ownership
    • Integration with RF, Audio and MMI subsystems
    • Component specification and sourcing
    • Design, integration and test documentation
    • Definition, implementation and supervision of PCB layout rules and constraints
  • Resolution of design and integration issues

This is a contract role for an initial 6-months, offering flexible working patterns such as hybrid working, as well as a welcoming team and great opportunities to develop.
