About the company:
Rubicon’s client specialises in high-end interiors. Their work is featured in some of the world’s most luxurious airliners, using advanced materials and precision engineering to create first-class seating and cabin components.
What you’ll be doing as an Electrical Technician:
- Manufacturing and installing electrical harnesses and components
- Testing and inspecting electrical assemblies to ensure compliance
- Installing electrical components into aircraft galleys and other units
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
- Meeting set production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
What Rubicon’s client is looking for:
- Electrical experience (3-5 years preferred, ideally within aerospace, marine or a similar sector)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Time-served apprenticeship in an electrical discipline (preferred)
- Strong IT skills, with experience using MRP systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a high regard for Health & Safety
