We are seeking an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Cambridge and nearby areas.
The role involves testing and inspection within tenanted properties, with a basic salary of £39,000.
The successful Electrician will work Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week, with no call-out rota.
Candidates must possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, the 18th edition, and 2391 or equivalent qualifications.
Professional development, career progression, and additional earnings through overtime are also offered.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Cambridge and surrounding areas. This role consists of testing and inspection within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

39,000 basic salary
Van and fuel card

Additional earnings with overtime

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

EICRs in social housing properties in Cambridge
Testing and installation of domestic heating systems
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
No call out rota
