Polytec are looking for a dynamic Electronic Assembler for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

* Assembly of electronic components and products to specification using both hand and power tools
* Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
* SMT assembly
* Test and troubleshoot to ensure functionality
* Inspection of finished products

Requirements:

* Previous experience in electronic assembly and soldering
* Good knowledge of electrical components and circuits
* Familiar with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes
* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
* Proficient in assembling electronic components using hand tools and power tools
* Familiar with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly techniques
