Job Title: Security Service & Maintenance Engineer

Location: Easily accessible to the M11 - Cambridge

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000+ (depending on experience with specific systems)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and respond to emergency call-outs as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations and standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Accurately document work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with security systems, particularly CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
  • Experience with systems like C-cure, Genetec, Gallagher, and Lenel is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Willingness to participate in a call-out rota (1 in 12 weeks), with 400 weekly compensation for being on call and 100 per call-out.
