- Experience of managing ER cases including performance, long term sickness, disciplinary, grievance, capability & occupational health referrals
- Partnering with key stakeholders to discuss cases and how best to approach them
- Proven experience in using HR systems including data analytics and reporting
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Delivering training to upskill manager’s capability
- CIPD level 5 and above
- Full-time role, hybrid working, on site with parking
