We are recruiting a ER Advisor who has a passion for employee relations case management for a business based in Cambridge. You could be a seasoned HR Generalist or an ER specialist, the key is that you love proactively resolving ER cases and developing manager capability.Salary – up to £50k plus benefits, the role can be offered on an FTC or permanent basis.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Reporting to the HR lead, the role requires - 
  1. Experience of managing ER cases including performance, long term sickness, disciplinary, grievance, capability & occupational health referrals
  2. Partnering with key stakeholders to discuss cases and how best to approach them
  3. Proven experience in using HR systems including data analytics and reporting 
  4. Excellent employment law knowledge
  5. Delivering training to upskill manager’s capability
  6. CIPD level 5 and above
