We are seeking an ER Advisor with a passion for employee relations case management for a company based in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate could be a seasoned HR Generalist or an ER specialist with a focus on resolving ER cases and enhancing manager capabilities.
The salary for this position is up to £50k plus benefits, and it can be offered on either a fixed-term contract or permanent basis.
Candidates should have experience managing ER cases, excellent knowledge of employment law, and a CIPD level 5 qualification or above.
This full-time role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, along with free parking on-site or easy access by public transport.

Experience of managing ER cases including performance, long term sickness, disciplinary, grievance, capability & occupational health referrals
Partnering with key stakeholders to discuss cases and how best to approach them
Proven experience in using HR systems including data analytics and reporting
Excellent employment law knowledge
Delivering training to upskill manager’s capability
CIPD level 5 and above
