We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our client based in Over on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive property maintenance services for our commercial, residential, and student properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal and external property maintenance.
- Carry out repairs to property structures, fixtures, and fittings.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment.
- Handle furniture and appliances.
- Maintain adequate van stock levels.
The Successful Candidate:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in learning various engineering disciplines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
