- Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Research Conference, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage the events inbox, liaise with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders, and prepare event materials.
- Provide general administrative support and assist in delivering other events as required.
- Experience in the events industry or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to support events outside standard working hours.
