Events & Tradeshow Manager

An opportunity for an Events & Tradeshow Manager to join a world leader in providing next-generation solutions that are used by leading institutions and organisations globally.

They are currently going through a fast-paced growth phase which includes investing in their marketing capabilities hence why we are now looking for an Events & Tradeshow Manager to join their team.

This opportunity would be great for someone who has been heavily involved in the delivery of exhibitions and tradeshows and now looking to take the next step in their career!

The Role:

You will be reporting into the Head of Marketing and responsible for bringing the brand to life through brilliantly planned and executed events.

You will also be:

Planning & Coordination:

- Updating and managing the events calendar

- Research, record and propose relevant events in line with marketing strategy

- Planning and executing exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, customer and team events

- Coordinating with vendors, venues and suppliers

- Manage event schedules, exhibitor registrations, and attendee logistics.

- Supporting the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure processes are in place for lead capture and registrations

Promotion & Engagement:

- Developing and implementing creative strategies to increase stand attendance and engagement

- Pre and post event promotion (working with wider marketing team)

Collateral & Materials:

- Overseeing logistics and management of exhibition stands, materials and merchandise

- Post event analysis, reporting on KPIs to measure ROI and make recommendations for improvement.

About You:

- Minimum 4 years events experience, ideally within B2B (industrial, manufacturing desirable)

- Able to handle international events

- Creative thinker and highly organised with an eye fir detail and a mind for processes.

- An excellent communicator and relationship builder.

They are looking for someone who is pro-active and resourceful, you will be the type of person who enjoys collaborating with the wider marketing team.

*This role is based in their Cambridge office with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.*

Some travel will be required for the position.
