Salary: Circa ÂŁ25k (+ benefits)

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll juggle a variety of responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, handling them with professionalism.
  • Providing essential support for events, social media, and office tasks.
  • Managing emails, drafting correspondence, and assisting with financial admin like invoices and expenses.
  • Every day will be different, so adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an admin or PA role.
  • Tech Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Organisation & Communication: Strong multitasking skills and a knack for clear, professional communication.
  • Flexibility: Ready to roll up your sleeves and handle a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
