This is a brand new role for the business, providing admin support to the MD and the Leadership team.
Permanent role
Salary: 30,000pa
Hours: Full time
Location: Working in the office 5 days a week
Your duties:
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments etc
- Taking and circulating minutes
- Manage the MD's correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, letters and packages
HR Admin duties:
- Maintain their HR database
- Maintain the staff handbooks
- Assist with collating and entering data as part of their monthly payroll cycle
- Maintain and record data for new starters and leavers
Your skills/experience:
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent admin skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant admin role
