Executive Administrator required for this temporary role to potentially go permanent.
Start: Must be available to start within 1 week
Salary: Up to 40k
Location: Remote working but there must be flexibility to go into an office occasionally, preferably London.
Hours: Full time
Duties:
- Day to day support to the CEO's EA
- Assist with scheduling and organising meetings including Board and Senior Management team meetings
- Prepare agendas
- Take minutes of meetings
- Support with the organisation of company events
- Process the CEO's expenses
- Raise Purchase Orders
Skills/experience required:
- Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Sage, Adobe Acrobat Writer experience is essential
- Familiarity with Sage is a bonus
- Previous PA/EA experience, preferably within a corporate environment
