Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Cambridge- Hybrid

Up to £52,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting multiple c-suite stakeholders with complex diary management and changing schedules
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Use the internal travel system to arrange national and international travel to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Proactively respond to and manage invitations, meeting requests, and scheduling conflicts with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support stakeholder's and senior managers by note taking in executive meetings, highlighting action points and key objectives discussed.
  • Co-ordinate and manage both internal and external events
  • Collaboration with other key staff members to understand priorities and ensure operations run smoothly,
  • Manage and monitor executive expenses and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submission.
  • From meetings use gathered information to format presentations in PowerPoint, assisting in the preparation of board reports as needed.
  • Prioritise conflicts across multiple time zones.
  • Supporting and work within a team of PA's and EA's
  • Project based work.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar role- PA, EA.
  • Good time management.
  • Brilliant organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, problem solve and meet deadlines.
  • Strong relationship building skills with stakeholder's.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
