Administrator to Property Team
  • Job Type: Temporary for 4/5 months
  • Location: Cambridge
  • Salary: £15 per hour
  • Working hours: 30 hours a week over 4 days. 

Join one of the leading property groups as an Administrator to the Property Team. This role is crucial in providing administrative support to enhance the business's presence and reputation within the region. You will be working directly under the Head of Property and Director of Investment, contributing to the smooth operation of the head office and supporting the property management team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management Team, including coordinating contractor visits, scheduling maintenance checks, responding to tenant enquiries, and managing utility readings.
  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and company reporting systems.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support both the property team and the wider office.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the head office as part of a small, dynamic team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with a professional and flexible approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with the judgement to recognise and drive opportunities for improvement.
  • Competent user of MS Office products.
