Care Home Admissions Advisor with Clinical Assessment experience required for Luxury Care Home.
An opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Admissions Advisor to join a leading luxury care provider at their home in Cambridge. This role combines the responsibility for ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families including clinical assessment and driving the homes occupancy.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Proactively generate and manage inquiries, converting them into admissions.
- Building positive relationships with prospective residents and their families and communicate accurate information about facilities, services and prices.
- Organise tours, events and activities to reinforce the homes exceptional care.
- Identify and execute local marketing opportunities to promote services, increasing visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain connections with key influencers, organisations, and partners to drive interest and referrals.
- Manage online and offline marketing, including social media, websites, and branding efforts.
- Collaborate with Home Managers and central teams to align strategies and achieve occupancy and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum RGN or NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent
- Experience in completing clinical assessments for elderly residents.
- Thrive on meeting/exceeding targets
- Creative with a good understanding of marketing online and offline.
- Confident, professional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Remuneration
- £44,000 + OTE
