Care Home Admissions Advisor with Clinical Assessment experience required for Luxury Care Home.

An opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Admissions Advisor to join a leading luxury care provider at their home in Cambridge. This role combines the responsibility for ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families including clinical assessment and driving the homes occupancy.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Proactively generate and manage inquiries, converting them into admissions.
  • Building positive relationships with prospective residents and their families and communicate accurate information about facilities, services and prices.
  • Organise tours, events and activities to reinforce the homes exceptional care.
  • Identify and execute local marketing opportunities to promote services, increasing visibility and engagement.
  • Build and maintain connections with key influencers, organisations, and partners to drive interest and referrals.
  • Manage online and offline marketing, including social media, websites, and branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with Home Managers and central teams to align strategies and achieve occupancy and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum RGN or NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent
  • Experience in completing clinical assessments for elderly residents.
  • Thrive on meeting/exceeding targets
  • Creative with a good understanding of marketing online and offline.
  • Confident, professional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Remuneration

  • £44,000 + OTE
