This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is newly or part-qualified, with strong experience in a UK Practice environment. You will have the autonomy to manage a varied client portfolio while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and leading audit and accounts assignments from planning to completion
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback
  • Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a diverse client base
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assisting with business development and identifying opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships effectively
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
