Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key player in delivering assurance assignments, including on-site leadership.
- Ensure all work meets the highest professional and firm standards.
- Build lasting relationships as the day-to-day contact for clients, practicing excellent client service.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and "on-the-job" training for less experienced staff.
- Contribute to value-added services for clients while maintaining an awareness of RSM's specialist services.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Assurance within a professional services firms.
- Ability to lead assignments and review work of junior team members.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
