Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key player in delivering assurance assignments, including on-site leadership.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest professional and firm standards.
  • Build lasting relationships as the day-to-day contact for clients, practicing excellent client service.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and "on-the-job" training for less experienced staff.
  • Contribute to value-added services for clients while maintaining an awareness of RSM's specialist services.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Assurance within a professional services firms.
  • Ability to lead assignments and review work of junior team members.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
