Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio.
- Provide strategic business advice to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high standards of work are maintained.
- Review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage a team and build client relationships.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
