Corporate Finance Manager

This leading, modern and entrepreneurial accountancy practice based in Cambridge are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager to participate in all activities of the corporate finance team.

This is a high profile opportunity where you will have responsibility for supporting the marketing and business development activities from day one including speaking at events, networking, writing articles, drafting and presenting pitches, following up sales leads including cold and warm calling.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Supporting and leading transactions of all types, including MBOs, MBIs, Acquisitions and Company Sales
  • Planning, managing and conducting due diligence assignments
  • Preparation of valuation reports
  • Planning and implementation of marketing plan for due diligence work
  • Planning, managing and conducting due diligence assignments
  • Leading and coaching and encouraging junior staff on assignments
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Preparation of presentations, reports on all types of transaction undertaken by the team

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant either ACA/CA/ACCA ideally with recent corporate finance or transaction services experience. You may currently be working within a larger practice and now looking to join a smaller team in a fast growth firm where you will have considerable exposure and progression from day one.
