  • Partner the Senior Leadership Team in enhancing financial processes and controls.
  • Drive organisational change in business controls and financial processes.
  • Manage and develop a team of 10.
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare board summaries.
  • Streamline financial processes for efficiency.
  • Ensure and monitor financial controls.
  • Align financial controls with business strategy.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Lead external audit and tax deliverables.
  • Ensure ongoing tax compliance.

Experience needed:

  • Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in strong controls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
