Key Responsibilities:
- Partner the Senior Leadership Team in enhancing financial processes and controls.
- Drive organisational change in business controls and financial processes.
- Manage and develop a team of 10.
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare board summaries.
- Streamline financial processes for efficiency.
- Ensure and monitor financial controls.
- Align financial controls with business strategy.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead external audit and tax deliverables.
- Ensure ongoing tax compliance.
Experience needed:
- Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in strong controls in a fast-paced environment.
