Our client is seeking a well-rounded Finance Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, bookkeeping, and fund management, with a preference for experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with various business units to manage and optimize cash inflows and outflows
- Assist accountants with bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Stay informed about financial regulations and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 3-8 years of experience in financial management roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Experience with cryptocurrency transactions and reporting is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Experience with blockchain technology and crypto-asset management
- Knowledge of international financial regulations and tax implications related to cryptocurrencies
- Familiarity with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) concepts and applications
- Experience with financial risk management in volatile markets
