Our client is seeking a well-rounded Finance Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, bookkeeping, and fund management, with a preference for experience in the cryptocurrency sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various business units to manage and optimize cash inflows and outflows
  • Assist accountants with bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Stay informed about financial regulations and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
  • 3-8 years of experience in financial management roles
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Experience with cryptocurrency transactions and reporting is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with blockchain technology and crypto-asset management
  • Knowledge of international financial regulations and tax implications related to cryptocurrencies
  • Familiarity with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) concepts and applications
  • Experience with financial risk management in volatile markets
