This R&D company are based in the biotech industry and are currently looking for the support of a Finance Manager on a part time temporary contract, this will be 15 -20 hours per week and will be worked remotely. Supported by the CFO this role will take responsibility for the following - - Producing month end financials for the board- Producing the quarter end financial pack for the investors- Reviewing the month end pack with project managers and the CFO - Update the forecast model with actual results- Cash management - provide cashflow statement to illustrate cash utilisation- Code and post purchase invoices on to Xero - Ensure timely payment of invoices- Prepare for year end audit and be the point of contact for the auditors. You must have proven experience in the above mentioned duties and ideally have worked in the biotech industry. You must be comfortable working remotely and be based locally to Cambridge for regular meetups with the CFO.
