Finance Manager - part time

A leading technology consultancy are currently looking to recruit a part time Finance Manager to support their finance team in the UK, reporting into the CEO who is based in the US this role will be 15-20 hours per week which will be worked remotely. This role will manage one other person in finance and will take responsibility for the following duties - - Maintain the accounting functions for the company's operation in the UK and US using Quickbooks- Prepare financial reports as requested by management- Prepare end of year returns and financial accounts for annual review by accountants- Complete annual returns for companies house and HMRC- Prepare and submit VAT reporting on a quarterly basis- Monitor and process expenses- Oversee credit control for UK and US operations- Manage supplier payments for the UK and US entities- Run UK and US payroll- Line management of 2 people in finance- Attend and contribute to management team meetings- Producing monthly management accountsYou must have proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, and have excellent understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
