Role - Finance Manager

Salary - Up to £65k

Role:

Drive financial excellence in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. As the Finance Manager, you'll spearhead a talented team supporting rapid change and ambitious expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including KPI management
Lead and develop a small finance team
Review monthly entity-level accounts
Prepare and present Group consolidated accounts
Conduct bank covenant testing and reporting
Manage Group cash flow and weekly reporting
Execute Board-guided Group hedging strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
Manufacturing sector background preferred
Proven track record in fast-paced financial accounting
Team leadership and motivation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Sage; NetSuite and Power BI knowledge a plus
Commitment to continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communicator
