Job Summary:

Robert Half are pleased to partner with a global technology group to recruit their new Finance Manager to work alongside the CFO in order to spearhead the transformation of the finance processes. Work alongside the CFO to modernise our financial and operational processes and implement new ERP, expenses and HR systems. Financial Operations Management

Responsibilities:

  • Create mid-month and month-end supplier payments.
  • Process payroll payments.
  • Manage staff expenses as part of mid-month payments.
  • Prepare and submit payroll to the external payroll provider.
  • Handle pension submissions.
  • Calculate and process commission payments.
  • Accruals & Prepayments
  • Fixed Assets & Depreciation
  • Complete bank account reconciliations.
  • Review debtor listings to identify potential issues.
  • Post stock adjustment journals.
  • Post WIP journals. Intercompany and External Reporting
  • Inter-Company Transactions:
  • Enter inter-company invoices and receivables balance into internal portal.
  • Agree on payables and balance reconciliation with the Group.
  • Send updated order intake internally.
  • Upload order intake to the Group system.
  • Prepare monthly financials for CFO to review.
  • Submit final financial reports to the Group. Compliance and Governance
  • Review all reconciliations including Payroll, Assets, and Related Parties.
  • Cashflow Forecasting
  • Ensure timely submission of the final cash forecast.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g.qualified/ part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA) highly advantageous but not essential
  • Proficient in ERP financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
